Points worth knowing

Nevada has no separate electric vehicle registration surcharge. Nothing in NRS 371 or NRS 482.480 adds one.

The supplemental tax is a county option of up to 1 percent. The DMV currently lists Clark and Churchill counties as the ones charging it.

A first-time Nevada title costs $28.25 on top of the figures above.
